My name is Jackie, and I am proud to be part of the Mequon Wellness Center team.
I started my working career at the age of 13, and my journey has taken me through a wide variety of experiences—from cleaning dog kennels to managing bars and restaurants. I was also a ballerina for 16 years, an experience that taught me discipline, dedication, perseverance, and the importance of being part of a team.
I have worked in Human Resources for over 20 years while continuing my education. I earned my associate degree and went on to pursue my bachelor’s degree in business management. Each of these experiences has helped shape the way I approach both my work and the people I have the privilege of working with.
In January 2016, Dr. Lewis hired me as the Clinic Manager at Mequon Wellness Center. What began as a new professional opportunity quickly became one of the most exciting and rewarding journeys of my life. Over the years, my role and responsibilities have grown, and today I serve as the Practice Administrator, overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of the practice.
I am passionate about creating an environment where our patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. I believe that the details of how a practice operates matter because it directly impacts the experience our patients have. My goal is to help ensure that our team has what they need to provide the personal, compassionate care that Mequon Wellness Center is known for.
Throughout my career, I have learned to approach each day with honesty, credibility, humility, and gratitude. I believe that when you practice these values in everything you do, great things will follow.
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Lewis and our wonderful team, and for the relationships we have built with our patients over the years. Being part of the continued growth and success of Mequon Wellness Center has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life.
Outside of work, my two great loves are my cat, Luna, and the fitness world. I enjoy staying active and continuing to challenge myself both personally and professionally.
