Mequon Wellness Center is all about the patient. As a physician, I have always been a patient advocate. After 20 years of working in the ”big clinic”, I opened my own practice.
I have developed a practice that is affordable and allows for the development of a true patient-doctor relationship/bond. This is the only way I know how to practice medicine. Developing an enduring relationship with my patients by making sure I am available to meet their needs – either in person (clinic, home, workplace), emails, phone or video chat, was the core value when developing Mequon Wellness Center.
Also, when developing Mequon Wellness Center, I did everything I could to diminish the financial impact on the patient while still providing them with “concierge services “. What I mean by concierge services is an inviting relaxing environment, being accessible to the patient 24/7, making sure that when a patient needs care, I will be able to provide it within a day.

My name is Jackie. I enjoy dancing, playing with my cat, Luna, and The Minions!
When I am not at work, I enjoy going to the gym and lounging around in comfy pajamas. I love to watch British crime dramas on Masterpiece Mystery, and anything related to Sherlock Holmes.
I started my working career when I was 13. I went from cleaning dog kennels, to managing bars and restaurants. In addition to working, I finished my associate degree and pursued my bachelor’s degree in Business Management. In March of 2016, Dr. Lewis hired me to be his clinic manager and it has been an exciting journey ever since. Through all my experience, I have learned to approach each day with honesty, credibility, humbleness, and gratitude. If you practice this in all that you do, great things will follow you in life.
Medical Assistant and Laser Technician
In the summer of 1999, I moved to United States from Ukraine. I have been in the medical field since 1993. I finished medical college in Ukraine in 1994 and worked as a nurse for over 8 years.
I joined Dr. Lewis 3 years ago and have enjoyed every moment working with him, our patients, and Jackie and Jessica.
My main goal is to learn more so I can support our patients and my coworkers. I am always open for a learning adventure where I can learn and experience even more.
Outside of work, I am a wife and the mother of two beautiful children. I am also an animal lover. We have an elderly dog and a cat who we love unconditionally and have been with our family for over 14 years.
My family enjoys outside activities such as camping, swimming, walking, and more. If you know of any great places, please share your experience with me!
